Understanding your allowances

Are email limits the same as review request limits?

No. Review request attempts and optional email delivery have separate limits. Both must have capacity for an automated review invitation to be sent. A larger email allocation does not increase the review request allowance.

Do annual plans include a yearly pool of emails?

No. Monthly email allowances remain the same on yearly billing. Daily caps also apply. Essential account, security and billing emails are excluded from optional email quotas.
